A series of interviews with undocumented kids, activists, policymakers, non-profit leaders, educators and members of the clergy sheds light on the innocent lives affected by a deportation of all illegal immigrants.

An important step was taken with a presidential order to halt the deportations of some young undocumented residents, but that executive order has been repealed. Now, it’s up to Congress to pass a replacement before the protections begin to be phased out.

What is necessary is a law that provides a path to citizenship for these young people.
