Couple is blessed with identical twins, but mom’s freaked out when doctor says ‘I’m sorry’.

Matt and Jodi Parry were excited to have twin girls and grow their already happy family. Even the premature birth of the twins didn’t dampen their love or excitement.

But a few weeks after their birth in 2011, a doctor told them both girls had Down syndrome. He told them ‘I’m sorry,’ making the couple feel as if they had been condemned to a lifetime of difficulty. He also didn’t give them very much support or information, leaving them confused, scared and worried.

But five years later, the twins have thrived, even with Down syndrome, as the couple grew to learn about their twins’ condition. Watch the family’s amazing story and see resilience and love in action…
