Women’s magazine Glamour asked 70 people aged 5 to 75 the question “What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever done?”
The answers hinted at the vast range of human experience. The kids’ answers were often charming and whimsical, such as “skateboarding in the grass” to quite a few answers about answering math questions.
But as the interview subjects got older, their answers got more serious, ranging from confronting eating disorders and dealing with death and divorce.
No matter what the age, though, it’s clear that no matter what age you are, we always need courage to confront our fears — and embrace who we truly are…
