Teen writes song about grandma’s Alzheimer’s, has judge in tears with heartwrenching performance.

Harry Gardner is a 16-year-old songwriter who took the stage on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ with an air of quiet humility.

But the song he sang — an original composition called ‘Not Alone’ — seemed to ring out with a weight and gravitas well beyond his years.

Harry wrote a song for his grandmother, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, detailing the heartache of a family when a loved one is suffering.
