Boy with Down syndrome belts Whitney Houston song and becomes Internet sensation.

When 9-year-old Dane Miller heard his favorite Whitney Houston song on the radio, he didn’t hold back when it came to singing along.

He belted along with the 1993 hit “I Have Nothing,” and his sheer exuberance and joy went viral on both Facebook and YouTube.

His mother, Danna, told Inside Edition that Dane watched a documentary about the singer last month and fell in love with her voice. She’s also grateful for the positive attention her son, who has Down syndrome, has gotten.

“Just reading the comments, they’re so sweet. I get emotional,” she said. “Even some other families that have Down syndrome children have posted pictures of their kids.”

See Dane sing along with Whitney in the video below — he might not have her pipes, but his passion and enthusiasm will still get you right in the heart…
