Filmmaker Trent Jaklitsch created a video to honor the talented painter Alyssa Monks, who specializes in large oil paintings.

Monks is known for her pieces including figures obscured by water, steam and vinyl. Her most notable series of works is centered around figures in bathrooms, tubs and shower.

It’s all about the paint.
